"The ability and encouragement to get involved regardless of your area of expertise or experience makes us all better and multi-skilled over time. If you're intelligent, work hard, and are in constant pursuit of growth and development it would be hard to find a better place."
Tell us about yourself.
I Served in the Marine Corps from ‘07 to ’11, Deployed to Afghanistan. I’m Married with 2 little girls. I held the same position (lead operator) at Murphy Oil Corp, and wanted to be part of the team moving to Ensign.
How is Ensign different from other places you have worked?
Day to day business moves much faster. For example, If something needs to get done we can get approval in minutes rather than hours or days.
What is your favorite thing about working at Ensign?
The ability and encouragement to get involved regardless of your area of expertise or experience. I think this makes all of us better and multi skilled over time as well as provides those with more experience a different angle to view issues.
What would you say to someone who was interested in working at Ensign?
I would say it’s a challenging and rewarding meritocracy. If you’re intelligent, work hard, and are in constant pursuit of growth and development it would be hard to find a better place to show up and feel satisfied every day.
