Sean McLaughlin

Sean McLaughlin serves as VP of Land and Board Secretary for Ensign Natural Resources. Prior to Ensign, Mr. McLaughlin served as Senior Business Development/Corporate Development Landman in the Business Development organization for Callon Petroleum, where he was pivotal in various successful acquisition and divestiture transactions in both the Permian and Eagle Ford. Prior to Callon, he held positions of increasing complexity and responsibility with ConocoPhillips Company. Mr. McLaughlin has been an instrumental leader in Ensign’s acquisition, development, and disposition activities, with tireless focus on effectively managing all land and commercial aspects. Mr. McLaughlin holds a bachelor’s degree in Energy Management with a minor in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.
