Rick Robinson
VP of Reservoir
Rick Robinson serves as Vice President of Reservoir Engineering for Ensign Natural Resources. Mr. Robinson has more than 20 years of expertise in reserves evaluation and economic modeling throughout all major US conventional and unconventional plays. He brings extensive technical and strategic strengths to the Ensign team where he manages reserves, reservoir, and economic modeling and forecasting and supports business development, field development planning, operations, field surveillance, and production forecasting and optimization. Prior to Ensign, Mr. Robinson spent 15 years with Ryder Scott where he served as Managing Senior Vice President. Prior to Ryder Scott, he was with ExxonMobil where he was responsible for well surveillance and field development as a Reservoir Engineer. He received his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, he is an active member of SPE, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
