Rhett Bullock

Rhett Bullock serves as Vice President of Drilling and Completions for Ensign Natural Resources. Prior to joining Ensign, Mr. Bullock served as the Drilling Manager for Civitas Resources where he developed a unified D&C organization while simultaneously integrating four acquisitions, entering a new basin, and reducing cycle times and costs by 25% within 4 months. Prior to that, he served as Drilling Operations Manager at Endeavor Energy Resources managing a 15-rig program that delivered over 1,000 wells in the Midland basin and as Drilling Manager at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation leading the organization’s 18-rig program in the Delaware Basin. Prior to his leadership roles, Mr. Bullock held various drilling, completions, production, and business roles with increasing responsibility related to engineering, operations, and planning functions. Mr. Bullock holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University and completed the Southern Methodist University’s Executive Leadership program. He is a licensed professional engineer in the in the State of Texas and serves on the City of Midland Oil & Gas Advisory Board.
